Hey all! I just bought a 92 Loyale 4WD wagon! (Subee #5!!!) and the fuel gauge reads below E unless the tank is absolutely full, then it's about 1/4.

I've gotta get that working, but where should I start? My thought is to replace the fuel gauge, but maybe fuel cleaner is in order? your thoughts?

I think that the actual sensor in the gas tank can get dirty and not function properly. Mine works intermittently (although this winter it's working great) but I believe that is the issue. Could possibly be your guage, but I'll bet it's the sensor.
