Hatchback won't open..trunk actuator?

Featured Replies

Hi guys...I recently purchased a 99 Legacy Outback wagon. I love the car but as would be expected with 119K on the odo, it's having some glitches. Most recently it's the rear hatch not opening. I tried the key fob, the door unlock button as well as inserting the key in to the lock directly. Nothing will open it. Can NE1 help me with a fix? Could it be something like a faulty lock actuator? Are there instructions available to replace it (if that's the problem)?
