i have a 96 outback sport. i just got some new front speakers and i need some help getting the front door panels off without ripping them apart. any help would be awesome.

If its the same basic set up start by removing the power window switches (be very carfule and start from the back there is a clip on the back that breaks if you aren't carfule and looks like crap once its broken) then just use a large flat head screwdriver and start prying it back from the bottom. Once you have all the clips undone lift straight up and it should come out if i remember all that right.
