Hey, im 13, and my subi got the power light flashin when it starts up, but i do know for a matter a fact that the differential is locked and the AWD is acting like a 4X4 which is nice in the winter here in Canada but bad in the summer, plz help! Could it be the transfer case, eh?

Once you find out which codes are in the computer, post back.

Yes you have to count the flashes.

 

Josh, I tried the directions on your site and I couldn't get the power light to flash. It still blinks 16 times when I start the vehicle but I couldn't get it to do it as per your instructions.

 

What gives? Is there any way I can call you or you call me and walk me thru it? I would greatly appreciate it. I would love to get her fixed.

 

I did it just like your site says (printed it out) and I couldn't get it blink.

I've tried it and it does work.

try making sure its warmed up and did u turn off the ignition?

I drove across town and back. I must have tried the instructions about 10 times. I couldn't get it to do squat.
