Keyless entry help

Featured Replies

Your post is a little vague. What do u mean lost power? Electral power, engine power? What lights went on? Im just a ********************* kid but if i were u i would look through all my fuses and see if any of them poped if it has something to do with keyless entry.

StClara,

Welcome neighbor (see my location)

here is a web site describing your security system

http://www.cars101.com/subaru/keyless.html#code%20alarm

As I see it this should work.

Overriding the Alarm when you have lost the remote

Open driver's door.

Turn ignition key to 'On'

Press and *hold programming button* in (see diagram, button under dashboard)

After 15 seconds the the door locks will cycle 3 times.

Exit programming mode by releasing Programming button under dashboard and turning key to off.
