I have a 96 Legacy wagon with a keyless entry. I just finnished changing my timing belt, when I reconected the battery the hazard lights flash. Due to a house fire and living in a camper for 4 months, I have lost/misplaced my keyless entry remotes. Can someone tell me how to stop the flashing without the remote? I can not find any information regarding this matter in the owners manual or my repair manual. Also, I am planning to change the fuel pump, anyone have any helpful hints?

put your key in the ignition and turn it on before you connect the battery. There is a button under the dash by the hood release that will also disarm the alarm
