All of a sudden the car stalled and and when we restarted it the check engine light was on. It still remains on when we start the car. We were thinking it might have something to do with the idle sensor unit or maybe tps? The car seems to run fine when driving, however, it's a little gerkey when it shifts throught the gears. Cougar Posted February 23, 2005 Share Posted February 23, 2005 It would be best to get the code read to see what is going on. A good parts store may be able to do this for free.
