I keep blowing 15a fuses for my heater, they blow right away even with the ignition off. Looked for any exposed wires, but can't find anything except one little 1/4" strip of exposed wire on the passenger side. It's a black wire that goes into a white wire, looks like it was designed that way. Does anyone know what i'm talking about or has seen this?

 

Also, under the fuse box on the drivers side are two sets of connectors, ones green and one is purple, they are both dissconected. Does anyone know what they do?

 

I'd post some nice close up pictures of them if I knew how to attach them in here. I have them on my pc. Can anyone tell me how to go about posting pics?
