I wouldn't worry too much about those connectors in the engine bay that go to nowhere, they will just be for some accesory you dont have, or they will be a connectoin point for a diagnostics rig. That is unless there are plugs nearby that they will plug into, in which case maybe you should plug them in.

As for the others, i cant say ive even looked up there on any ea82s, so i have no idea. You might want to fix that stripped one though...

At a guess, the first one looks like the test & read connectors for the ecu, if so the should be disconnected as they are.
