I just got that 1996 Outback I had a few years ago back.

1996 Legacy Outback (pretty much the base model...but Cruise, AC, Auto, power windows and locks...)

its about to turn 200k miles with the original Phase 1 EJ25D in it. No leaks, no other problems. Drive like a champ. Does need new struts tho.

Ive already got a new timing belt for it, it will go on when I get the car up to its new home.

So...im thinking some 16" wheels with some nice tires, new struts...probably some WRX or STi take offs, window tint, install keyless on it, and its good to go. Might go for some upgraded speakers...its already got a nice new headunit that plays MP3 CDs.

Daily driver, finnally! The RX can rest and become the fully dedicated race car now.

hmmm....OB=tow vehicle? Yes! STi brakes, upgrade the suspension for it, and add a receiver hitch! :headbang:
