I have a 2000 outback and the power windows, door locks, and power seat no longer operate. I have checked the fuse box and didn't find any problems. Is there a relay that could be bad in the power distribution box???...This is very troubling.

Have you checked the fusible links for a problem there? Do you have a test light to check for voltage and not just a visual inspection?

Look in the power distribution box, located on the driver's side of the engine compartment behind the battery
