My passenger door electric window switch is loose and floppy. I noticed the others are glued on. Is there a more elegant or correct solution.

they're supposed to be screwed to the door panel from the back. either the fiberboard in the door panel or the plastic threads in the back of the switch are broken and someone glued them back on. you can probably get switches from a parts yard. If the backing is torn, you'll have to come up with something. perhaps you can patch it somehow.
