April 30, 200520 yr I just picked up an 89 GL 4x4 wagon and the front suspension is shot. I am reading threads about air suspension.....does this 89 have air suspension? I was just going to take my struts out and have a shop put in new shocks. But this whole discussion about getting 85-86 struts from a junkyard makes me wanna ask: "Guys, what should I do?"
April 30, 200520 yr If your car is NOT a GL-10, then it probably does not have the air-suspension package. Look at the strut caps under the hood... if it doesn't say "air suspension (or something close) then it does not have air-suspension.
