hooziewhatsit Posted May 18, 2005 Share Posted May 18, 2005 NO, it is not safe. I happen to have a couple auto trannies lying around. I just took the kickdown relay out of one, and was presented with a gush of ATF. When you tested it, did you manually hit the button under the dash, or just try pressing the gas pedal?
