DOHC vs SOHC relating to head gasket problems

Ive read elsewhere that the 2006 Forester will have a DOHC 2.5 engine. Do you think this means they've tried to address the head gasket failure problem? Do you think this will make the engine any more or less likely to have problems with the head gasket? What are your thoughts on the new DOHC vs the old SOHC? Thank you.
