When moving forward or backwards, I get a slight click in what sounds like the front drivers side wheel area. Checked all the dust boots and everything looks fine, no rips or holes. It's an 80 dl hatch 1600. Just got the new motor in so I haven't taken it highway speeds yet. Could it be a bearing ? The click gets faster as the car moves faster .... it also isn't very loud. No twigs or anything that I could see. Don't recall the sound comming from the car when I bought it a few months back with the bad motor. Doesn't make the click when the car isn't moving.

sounds like bearings. Mine are doin the same right now.
