Me, a Wagon Owner?

Featured Replies

I never thought I would buy a wagon but with all the hiking and mountain biking - I purchased a new '05 Outback XT Limited. I was looking at SUV's and I test drove the Sube and fell in love with it.

Let me say this - what a sleeper with the Turbo! I love this car! I drove the car down my aunts country driveway/access road and with all the ruts and the major wash out areas - and dips - this car felt like it was floating over them. Now I cannot wait for winter snow.

All this car needs is a stereo upgrade!

Any suggestions on swapping out the stock OEM speakers? I was looking at MB Quartz. TIA.

No idea, just take it to a reputable shop and you'll be ok (like a Best Buy or something like that, someplace that will be there a year from now, and will give you a warranty). I too had SUV's and sold my Expedition for my 3rd Subie Forester. I've taken it everywhere my Cherokee and my Expedition would go, and never had trouble. Put a good set of snow tires on for the white stuff and you'll get everywhere you need to go, on half the gas, and with twice the safety. Enjoy it.
