96 Legacy starts to "buck" when steering wheel is cut either left or right going both forward and backwards. Feels as if I'm in a 4x4 (engaged) truck turning on dry pavement?! My 93 is starting to also do this. This happens almost all of the time when moving slowly, say, in a parking space; pulling out/in a driveway.... Thnx.
