fuel pressure regulator

Featured Replies

allrighty well heres my current problem. with the fuel pump switched on the car starts up fine but then seems to flood out, if you turn off the pump it will come to idle fine and then die as i runs out of fuel. so somthing must be wierd with the fuel pressure regulator, the return line is fine and is spitting out fuel as it should be. any ideas on what would cause this?

What is ur car?

Is it Carb'd, SPFI, MPFI, Turbo

A little more info would help

Cheers

sorry, its an ea82t mpfi turbo. i was looking last night and found a large vacuum connecter on the intake in front of the fpr, now i have no idea where this is supposed to hook up to so i just plugged it for now, maybe that has something to do with this problem?
