June 7, 200520 yr I did a 'vacuumhosectomy' on my GL wagon. The EGR nipple is plugged solid. I left the hose off of it an have just been driving it. Should I remove the valve and clean it or can I just leave it be? Is it affecting performance at all?
June 7, 200520 yr I had a broken thermo vac valve that controls vacuum to my EGR in my 86 GL. For now, I simply plugged the lines and everything seems to be okay as far as performance.
