WRX Exhaust on RX with TWE Down pipe?

Featured Replies

So since most of the exhaust needed to be replaced on my RX I went ahead and bought a TWE Downpipe to start the project. Now, it just so happens that my father has a complete WRX Exhaust lying in his garage. Does anybody know if that will fit under the RX, and will it bolt up to the TWE down pipe?

Thanks,

Keith

Don't know about it fitting on the TWE downpipe

I have a 2003 WRX downpipe and midpipe on my car now. The axleback doesn't fit.. the muffler is just too big.

The downpipoe and mid pipe were not the easiest things in the world either.. Ended up having to heat and bend a little in a couple places. Right now I'm running with just that.. No muffler :D.. The midpipe ends right at the rear diff

Its a little loud, but not nearly as loud as your average ricer fart can..Was rolling with a group of WRXs a few weeks ago and it wasn't as loud as most of those either.

Thanks. I kinda figured the axle back wouldn't fit, but if I could get the midpipe to fit up that would save me some time and money.
