1992 Legacy 2.2L MPFI non-turbo, purchased 2 years ago for $1,000 with 207k miles on the odo. Now has 226,000 miles (364,500km ! ) on it. Did nothing to it when I got it except new tires and some body work. Since we get three free tests here in Wisconsin, I took it in without doing anything and it failed the CO (18g/mi - limit was 15g/mi). This morning I changed the air filter, plugs, wires, oil and filter ..... passed with 5g/mi. :-p

 

The beast lives on (if I can keep the body from falling off).
