Does anybody know where there fuse is for the heated seats and the electric plug in the rear. I have a 1998 Outback. I've looked in the Hanes book but the desciption of where it is, isn't very clear.

I'm also looking for a used or new speedometer that has kilometers versus miles as the primary guage.

I think there are fuses for those things in the power distribution box under the hood.

Apparently they are somewhere behind the dashboard. I've had the consol off but can't find them.

My manual for a '97 model shows the fuseholder under three connectors going to the dash. It should be near the end of the dash on the drivers side. It's a 20A fuse.
