I was wondering if anyone has the dimensions for the diameters and spacings of the ea82 mpfi (ie 2 inlet ports/head) inlet ports?

 

The spacings are the most important, but the diameters would be helpfull too.

Ummm... would it be better for what you have in mind to just buy an intake gasket for one? Then you would know spacing and water jacket and bolt spacing.

as for the spacing, i was a bit ambiguous with my english there, i meant the center spacing between two individual ports on one head - or is it just one gasket per head?

 

Sorry for the painfull questions - I am gathering information for a possible mod, and i dont have access to a mpfi head to measure.

Ahh! You haven't dealt with the MPFI head/intake-gasket at all. English is fine, my assumption was off.

 

The gasket is a single gasket that deals with both intake ports and the water passage. I can scan a gasket for you if you would like, but for anything to do with fabbing intake parts, you would be better off with the gasket.

If you could scan it in, that would be awesome!!!

I assume both are identical, can you lay a ruler besides it/them when you scan them, so i can scale if necessary at my end?
