fuel line restriction?

Featured Replies

My car isn't running right. New fuel filter, pressure okay from the pump...but not okay just before the fuel filter. Has anyone ever heard of a blockage in the fuel feed line inbetween the fuel filter and fuel pump...maybe where the fuel line runs along the inside of the drivers compartment? I am wondering if I somehow got a piece of debris into the fuel line when I was doing the fuel hoses...but not sure how. Does the fuel pump pick up screen ever fall aprat and allow debris to enter the fuel lines? I am posting this here because the old generation gang knows a lot about old parts and what happens to them over time.

I've been following your travails, but even I can't remember which car this is on (90-ish Loyale???), so ...

Car info, please... :)

I admit I am posting this in the wrong spot...but on purpose, due to age of the car. I know this is the place to be to find out about age deterioration problems. it is a 1991 Legacy.
