Oil Leak 95 Legacy

Featured Replies

My 95 Legacy has started to drip oil. It looks to be coming from the front of the engine. When I look under it the oil is collecting and dripping from where the lower raditor hose goes into the motor.

Any ideas of where to look? The car has 101K miles on it.

Thanks

It could be the front oil seal. Ooo...you have to take out the main crank nut to have access to it. Taking out the seal is a pain as well. Basically, remove the radiator, the crankshaft nut (a pain also), the timing belt cover, then you will see where it leaks (if not the front oil seal).
