My coupe is in dire need of a new rear transmission mount its torn apart and I've already used some rubber like epoxy and it tore again, does anyone have any ideas?

i would think i can come up with one, if somone else cant. can you take a pix of it

It looks alot like my 78' coupe trans mount only smaller, Has two short studs to bolt it to the crossmember and a sleeve for the bolt that goes through the bracket off the rear of the transmission, sleeve is suspended in the rubber.
