My Haynes doesn't cover torquing EA71 head bolts. Does anyone have any suggestions for torquing the center bolt under the rocker arm assembly? Is there a special tool I need?

The similar posts gave me the info I need. Turned out it was as simple as grinding down a socket. Thanks.
