When I start my Forester the AC will not come on for a long time!! Sometimes an hopur or so!! When it does start it works perfectly. I am thinking a relay somewhere but where?? Is there another relay that I could swap temporay to check my thinking?? Priate replies welcome as I am a newbie and may never find my way back here!! Thanking you all in advance!! Look for the relays in the main fuse panel under the hood. There may be 4 lined up in a row. You could try swapping them.
