In March, I bid on and won an '86 Brat on eBay. It was 4 1/2 hours away, so I was gonna take a weekend and go get it. My friend down the road convinced me to let his brother pick it up and bring it up next time he visited, since his brother lived down there. He said he'd be up here to do some painting this summer. Long story a little less long-

 

I finally have my Brat in my driveway!!! The body is rusty and ugly, which is the way I like my cars. Less worry that way. The only thing it looks like I need to do is to replace the light assembly and hood because he hit a deer with it. I'm gonna put new tires on it too (thanks- you know who you are.) And of course, whatever deck I can afford will go in with an extra bass speaker behind the seats. I can't wait for winter now!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!
