Trip computer plug, where is it?

Featured Replies

Hey I've been searching through the dash of my 1985 Subaru GL-10 , trying to find the plug to plug the trip computer into, but it's apparently no where to be found. Can someone tell me where the wire originates (near the steering wheel or glove compartment or something) and what color the plug is? The plug for the trip computer is lcd thing blue, and I found another blue plug but they won't fit... Seems like a really stupid question but I kinda want it to get working and I've searched places and can't find info about it... thanks.

IIRC, on my 85 GL t-wagon (not gl-10) it was somewhere right around the glove compartment. I want to say it was either right above or to the right of it.

Alright, cool. Is it another plug on a wire that the trip computer LCD display plugs into, or does it plug into something else that wouldn't be easily noticed?

Can someone get a pic of where the LCD thing for the trip computer plugs into? :-\
