I'm looking at getting a Turbo Timer for my 87 GL, was wondering if anyone could make some recomendations as to which one I should buy? A'PEXi makes a cool looking one that is compact, and it has an 02 monitor which will act as a mixture indicator, can get it for like $80 + Shippign on Ebay.

Ask my youngest kid, James. He can tell you all about them. $80 sounds too cheap to me. I think his hotmail addy is jrachner@hotmail.com. Sounds to me like you're driving the wagon too hard!! I got around that problem by driving the last two miles before my home like a little old lady; cooled the Turbo off very nicely without the aggravation and cost of installing a timer.

Hmm, maybe I'll just save the 80 bucks and rather than getting a Turbo Timer, I'll get a WRX I/C instead :-)
