I have a 78 Subaru DL, was selling on Ebay but blew the head gasket before the sale went through. Now, I just want to give it to a good home so I dont have to take it with me when I move in a few months. It does not run and has electrical problems, but would be a great parts car. New tires and carb (if it is cleaned out), clean title. Tow it away and it's yours. Located just north of Seattle WA.

*sniff* I miss my wagon... I know someone on this board will give it a good home, even if I have to fly back to Oregon to get it.. then put it next to my '79;)

It's a 2WD with a jury-rigged ignition switch.

Edit: 5-speed, mobile under its own power, 180k-ish miles.

 

I'm close, I can pick it up and possibly store it short term... (or if Havoc and I can get freebie done this weekend, possibly longer).

 

Anyone else interested in this?

Talked to the wife and she won't allow another project car on the property until I have at least Havoc's car out there, and preferably also my friend's Starlet as well.

 

Anyone else who is interested, feel free to grab it.

if no one takes it, i really could use interior pieces.
