Heck yeah, i got 35 and that was winter pond-water gas, and me driving the hell out of it

I used to get 30-35 in my Brat with it not running right but that was after I rebuilt the carb... I think it was a timing issue though. its was NICE!

 

I wish the RX would get that:(

I averaged 34-36mpg from Albany to (almost) Pittsburgh when I dropped off Skip's '78. (What a drive...that was 530 miles of nonstop Interstate and secondary roads, more construction than I've ever seen in my life...)

 

If I were you I'd grab it, and keep it this time. (Or pawn it off to me in a year or so...)
