well, i finished the swap of front struts from a 91 subaru 4wd loyale wagon onto my xt, it was harder than i was expecting, and it raised the front of the car 1.5 inches, i had to undo the sway bar and whack away with a board and a buddy to get the strut to slide into the knuckle, but it worked out well, now the car doesn't bounce down the road uncontrollably, it soakes up the bumps, now i need to swap the rears out and all will be good.
