can an ea82 d/r trans be 'swapped' into a 90-94 lego touring wagon (turbo w/ stock AT) with the kind loving help of an adapter plate, or am i dead wrong?

 

thought about it for a while and searched the board for posts for an ea82 d/r trans. application for a turbo lego engine and didn't find squat.

 

im sure i would run into a plethora of problems but i want to know what they would be.

Ya you can definately do it.You would need the adapter plate and you would have to figure what wires go where from the auto trans to the d/r.It's definately doable.

With the turbo engine, you will have to come up with a good aftermarket or custom clutch to hold the power on the EA82 flywheel.
