Ok so i have to brad about my car a lil! its a 1992 subaru loyale that i picked up when i was 14 with a crap fuel pump for $150 and changed it out for $38 and has ran for the last almost 7 years through everything (mud, dirt, snow, gras, water, EVERYTHING) the car just hit 347000 miles and i know shes got it in her to make it to 5k! heres the deal with her though the other day i opened the hood to fill her up with water and ended up gettin water down by the bat and coil and all and went to turn the keu and she just cranks and cranks wont turn over! i pulled the cap and made sure it was dry, the coil i have no clue how to check, all the fuses i can find on the car are good, its got plenty of gas, just wont start! this is the first time in 6 yeras i have turned the key on this thing and not had it start! makes me very sad! someone have any ideas for me... anyone???? i need help fast!

have you checked for spark yet? The ideal way to check is to pull one of the spark plug wires and put in on a seperate spark plug. Set that plug on a good ground, crank it over, and see if you can see a spark on it.

If you don't have spark, pull the distributor cap off and have a friend crank the engine over. Does the rotor move? If not, check the screw that holds it in place. It's either the screw, or a broken timing belt.

Oh yea, when was the last time this car had a tune up? (plugs, wires, disty cap, rotor)

Could you have shorted out the coil when you filled up the coolant? There's a black plastic shield around the coil, you may want to take it off to make sure that all the water is out. Check for spark, and make sure you didn't fill up the black plastic box of fusible links up with water.
