I have been into subies for a while and I have gotten some real useful info from this site, now I need some more info please.

I have an 86 auto 4x4 wagon parts donor. Would I gain anything if I used the front and rear struts from this wagon to replace the ones on my 88 4 door 5spd d/r?

you will gain height adjustable struts as they came on 85 and 86 4wd but 87 and later are fixed

The rear springs will be slightly heavier on the wagon.

Thanks for the info. I guess that adjustable rear springs won't hurt if I can figure how to bolt on a receiver hitch for a sedan :-\.
