El Toro Posted December 28, 2005 Share Posted December 28, 2005 I recently scored a warn winch for practicaly nothing! the one prob it has is the hex shaft was rounded due to abuse. once i get the shaft replaced it will work just fine, so my ? is has any one had this same experiance replaceing a shaft on a warn winch and if so was it easy...hard....or just get a new one? thanks for takin a look.
