I recently scored a warn winch for practicaly nothing! :headbang:

the one prob it has is the hex shaft was rounded due to abuse.

once i get the shaft replaced it will work just fine, so my ? is has any one had this same experiance replaceing a shaft on a warn winch and if so was it easy...hard....or just get a new one? thanks for takin a look.

the best way is to keep it in the back and atach it when needed to the tow point on the back.
