hey i just bought rebuilt cylinder heads. ineed to adjust my valves. i have called numerous dealers and they are making it seem like it is going to be harder to adjust the valves with my cylinders out. does this make sense. can anybody give me a suggestion.

 

also some of my valves on my new rebuilt cylinders are way off. the gap is huge. on omy other new rebuilt cylinder some of the gaps are tiny. is it possible they sent me bad cylinder heads?
