I bought an Xt 4wd turbo form the junk yard only 164k on the ticker the only problem i am having with is, how the hell do you get the fuel door open is there a lever or something. this is my first subie so i am a complete ignoramus about this all. I am assuming its an electric solnied and i cant find where the previous owner put the switch, There is a second key switch in the dash but when i short it, it does nothing. Please help

push down on the lever for opening the trunk it is on the left side of the drivers seat on the floor and the door will pop open

edit : if the key is on the left side of the steering wheel near the bottom of the dash i believe that it is the speed limiter or warning somthing like that

thank you, also the key is on the left side direct opposite of the ignition switch.

if i am think of the right switch it seems to always be labeled speed limiter or speed warning eather way i am pretty sure it was available on canadian cars only but i could be wrong
