Well i was going to go all micro car but well the subaru gods have seen otheri wise. not to say im not getting a 360 sometime soon i hope but look at what the gods drop in my lap.

Hey if you want small small, you could chop and section the body. Maybe lose the whole roof and weld in a roll cage? You know you want to.

as to the plan its got to go Hatch/brat.

 

ive never made a 4in lift but ill give it a go.

 

(made an 8in kit that worked out well. budy never finished the drive train so components are still untested but we made it from 2x8 square stock with 1/4 walls so it think it aught to hold up)

 

ill have to get a rear wall from a brat. thinking the gen1 brat might be a better option but will measure it up and see.
