February 12, 200620 yr I recently bought a 1993 Subaru Legacy wagon. The horn does not work at all I am hoping it is something simple like a bad fuse. I bought the fuse and opened up the fuse case, but it is all in Japanese, and I don't have an owners manual for the car. Does anyone know where i can go online to read a manual or a fuse chart? Or any other suggestions of what the problem with the horn could be that would be simple and inexpensive to fix as I am not very car saavy? Thanks for any help

One of the mechanical guys helped him size an air tank for a 2 second burst.
