85 GL voltage issues Please help!! All fixed!!!!!

As far as the weird voltage readings, there were two problems.

 

#1 for some reason #3 plug wire was arking accross to the valve cover vent hose....don't understand that one at all!

 

#2 I had the wires switched in the T plug that gose to the alt., had them out to fix the T plug....lol:-\

 

as far as the stop lamp warning light....

 

the resistor on the passenger tail light died, replaced it, stop lamp went out.
