my son wants to swap out the dashboard in my 95 leg (mauve?) with the dash of a 96 (standard gray). we have already planned to swap the seats, door panels and center console, those are easy. how much work to move the whole dash? can it go as a unit or do all the pieces have to be removed?? and lastly, how about the floor carpet?

To get the dash out, you'll have to remove the misc parts in the dash, and then take the rest out as a whole.

 

To swap carpet, you have to remove the seats and all the inner guts. It's not too bad. I had mine out when I rewired my stereo
