Defective engine running.....

Featured Replies

My problem is that with engine at idle speed(850-900 rpm), if I press brake pedal, RPM falling down around 6-700 rpm even if engine is warmed up.Could be vacum leack??Or what...??

Thanks 1 million.

It could be a vacuum leak with the brake boost cylinder or a crappy electrical connection with your brake lights that causes too much of a draw on your alternator. (I've had the second one happen)

P.S. A year and model will help a lot.

This is normal. Brake booster uses engine vacuum.
