I think the just is mounted sideways, the three cylinders going east/west..

 

where is the tranny mounted,, on the side, or like my brat, kinda behind in the center?

 

This justy I am getting, I think I need to do a clutch job, and/or tranny swap.. good thing I am getting a parts justy in good shape too..

 

so, how is the tranny mounted,, how hard to swap, get to, etc... I recently did a tranny swap in my brat, so I can do it..

 

some input?

oh, it is 1988 justy 4wd, manual, push button

It's on the driver's side. Personally, I'd pull the engine and tranny. There isn't a whole lot of room in the Justy engine bay.

 

BTW, plan on spending at least 3 times as long as it took in a Brat.
