April 4, 200620 yr my clutch is slipping a little and i want to adjust it. i know where the are to be made at. but which way to turn the nuts. i may be wring about the clutch slpping to. could just be the moter because of the oil. lostintherainforest
April 4, 200620 yr You compensate for wear by adjusting the nuts towards the front of the car. You should set the pedal height as low as you are comfortable with. If it still slips, you need to replace the clutch.
April 4, 200620 yr You need to leave at least 1 mm of free play, or you will prematurely wear out the clutch and/or throwout bearing.
