Heres a good one for the gang. I noticed yesterday that after my 95 legacy sat in a heavy downpoor of rain, the section of seat belt that sits behind the trim panel, but is not rolled up, was moist. When you touched it it felt damp. It wasn't soaking wet, but it wasn't right. Where might the dampness be coming from? The giant seal between the front and rear window?

Could be the seal. I'd keep an eye on it, and see if it happens again.
